Terms and Conditions

Wholesaler Agreement: Stitch & Hide is happy to take on new and approved stockists and look forward to building long and successful partnerships. Your first order must have a min. of $750. Our terms are prepaid. Goods remain the property of Stitch & Hide until full payment is received.

Account Customer: Must pay within your agreed payment term. Prepaid Customer: Must pay within 7 days from invoice. Orders to be processed by major credit card (except Amex) or via direct deposit before stock is dispatched. In order to be approved to go onto Terms, there must be decent and consistent orders throughout the year.

Goods are dispatched at the stockists expense and will be shipped via TNT, DHL, Fastway or Australia Post. Cancelled orders, exchanges or returns to be made up to 14 days and must be in unused condition and be in the original Stitch & Hide packaging. Failure to meet this requirement may incur a 10% restocking fee. Any item that may be faulty, we ask that you take a photo and email the image for review. We will then determine whether we require the item sent back at Stitch & Hide’s cost. If deemed faulty, we will either repair, send a replacement or issue a credit. Stitch & Hide does not offer 'sale or return'.

Stitch & Hide is not to be sold on discounted websites nor at market stalls. If you wish to sell our brand on another channel, this must be approved in writing by Stitch & Hide. There is no exclusivity on belts, special indent orders, limited edition collections, travel collection and on a case by case basis large carry bags and selected collections. Online only stores don't warrant exclusivity. We expect our stockist to place regular orders within a 3-month period.

To promote and share the Stitch & Hide brand with you, your customers and social media, we will provide a link to our Dropbox of images. Stitch & Hide must be mentioned anywhere our brand/product is mentioned and marketed.
